ExhibitorThe organizer reserves the right of participation in case of any brand participating in the respective fairs.
AllocationStall allocation is at TEW core team's disposal. Interested brands are requested to fill out and submit the registration form on our website. If selected we will get back. Stall allocation will only be confirmed after the receipt of full payment from the concerned participants.
IMPORTANTThe organizer reserves the right to allocate and reallocate space, change the layout, add or delete corridors in space plans-which may affect the orientation of some Exhibitors. The decision of the organizer shall be final. The organizer also reserves the right to turn down applications for participation, or even deny participation to Exhibitors already confirmed. The Exhibitor, any Company/Organisation participating in the respective events enters into a contract, with the organizer upon submission of the registration form and/or by paying for the same. The participant (Proposed Exhibitor) agrees to participate at the respective exhibition and to abide by the regulations handed out to the participant, before the exhibition. Upon any breach of contract by the participant (Proposed Exhibitor), the participant is liable to pay the space rentals in full to the organizers.
Stall RequirementsEvery exhibitor will have to submit in advance their extra requirements, if any, at least one month before than the inauguration day. Any extra furniture, electricity requirements or anything else will be of extra cost, if not mentioned otherwise and would be approved according to the availability.
Stall CompletionExhibits for display should be done and completed on the inauguration morning between 9:30am - 10:45am.
Removal Of ExhibitsExhibitors need to remove their materials from the exhibition venue before 9:00pm on the last day of the exhibition upon signing an exit form. The organizer will not be responsible if the exhibitor fails to comply with the rules & regulations for exhibitors.
Damage to The exhibition venue Exhibitors will be required to make good all damages or make payment in lieu of damage to the venue, facilities, etc. incurred during the setting up and/or fair period and/or dismantling period.
Handling Of Exhibits, Customer & ImportersService for handling, clearing, and helping will be available at the ground at an extra cost. Please request it beforehand. Movement of exhibits in the ground by agencies other than the official Clearing and Forwarding Agents is prohibited.
Cancellation In case the booking is cancelled within less than 1 month before the event, the booking amount will be forfeited. In case the booking is cancelled within less than 2 months before the event, 50% of the booking amount will be forfeited.
InsuranceAgainst all ascertainable risk from transportation to display and removal or from flood, fire, burglary, accident, death, etc. should be done by the exhibitors at their cost. Organizers will in no way be responsible.
Photography & VideographyThe organizer reserves the right to click photographs and videos and removing the same of exhibits for its use.
Settlement of DuesAny and all expenses payable by exhibitors must be settled before taking possession of the stall/s and obtain a “Clearance Certificate”. The “CC” will be valid for taking possession of stalls and “Gate Pass” which will be issued subsequently on the last day of the exhibition to ensure smooth removal of goods from the fair site after the payment and other formalities are completed.
Dispute Resolution & Governing LawAll unresolved matters, questions, disputes, or differences whatsoever arising between the exhibitor and organizers shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Arbitration Agreement contained in this paragraph shall be solely and exclusively governed by the laws of India.
Force MajureIf the exhibition is abandoned, canceled, or suspended in whole or in part by reason of weather, war, fire, national emergency, labor dispute, the non-availability of exhibition premises, or any other cause, not within the control of the organizers, the organizer may, at their entire discretion, repay the rental paid by the exhibitor, or partly thereof, but shall be under no obligation to repay any part of such rental and shall be under no liability in respect of any actions, claims or losses.
Merging PavilionThe organizer can merge two pavilions into one.
MarketingIt is in the interest of every brand and the entire Brand Community to drive awareness about the Event. Vendors must inform their existing customers and follower base about their participation at all TEW’s via social media platforms, company website, customer database and any other network channels to create awareness. This is a mandatory part of your participation before and during each event. TEW seasonally creates a fully integrated marketing campaign for our events. Features are chosen at the discretion of our marketing team. Brands cannot promote participation or awareness of any event that is in competition or at a conflicting time to TEW
BrandingNo flags or roll-ups banners are allowed. No branding of any kind can be placed on any venue property apart from inside the designated space. Branding without approval by the TEW team will be removed. All standalone branding must be contained within your allotted space and behind your table not in front and not blocking your neighbour’s stall. No banner is allowed on your table. Anything extra would be possible if booked in advance at an extra cost
Safety & waste managementPlease ensure that you do not leave any discarded packaging, rubbish or unwanted items at the venue. No liquids, including water, oil, ice or wastewater can be discarded at the venue and adequate floor protection must always be used. A penalty charge will automatically be added to your account if you do not clean up before, during or after the event and late payment fees applied until settled. If damages are caused at the venue by the VBrand, TEW reserves the Right to invoice the full amount of the damages to the Brand, directly or on behalf of the Event Venue.
